Shipping
Before finalizing payment processing for your order, you will be required to fill in the shipping address for us in order to search for the most suitable delivery option. Please note, that we only provide delivery services within the Hong Kong region at this current stage. Updates will be sent out when we begin shipping to other regions internationally.
Orders over HKD$ 1000 will enjoy free delivery services from us. Orders below HKD$ 1000 will result in the consumer’s monetary commitment to shipping costs quoted by the delivery service of CENSU’s choice. We do not charge extra on top of your orders. You will only be charged for the items you select (within your shopping cart) and the potential delivery service fee.
We try our very best to ship items out immediately after the customer purchase is notified. However, there may be instances where delays can occur.
I.e. — Due to postal/carrier delays, back-office logistics, or poor weather conditions. In any case, we will keep you updated as much as possible throughout each step of the shipping process (if delayed). The tracking number we provide should also allow you to track your parcel’s progress.
If there are problems or issues with a purchased product, I.e — Product damage. Please contact us via email at censu.cloth@gmail.com, our “Contact Us” page on our website, or our Instagram account direct message function at Censucloth within 14 days of your delivery date and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for any human-inflicted damages to the item(s).
RETURNS
Refund Requests
If you wish to return an item(s) and request a monetary refund, it must be made within 14 days of the item being delivered to your designated address. If you wish to return the item(s) cost-free, you can do so by scheduling a drop-off visit at our Hong Kong store via email at censu.cloth@gmail.com. If not, the delivery charge incurred during the process of return will be a financial commitment subject to customer fulfillment. As of now, Censu will only be able to grant customers full refunds via CASH PAYMENT only. We will be sure to notify customers when electronic refunds are available.

As exhibited within the Terms and Conditions section, we will be allowed to formally reject a return or refund requested by a customer for any of the following reasons listed below.
Terms and Conditions
Hygiene and customer safety are immensely important to Censu and our brand reputation. Thus, certain items unfortunately will not be available for returns or refunds given the type of item, or condition it is in upon company inspection.
As follows, item(s) that fit the descriptions below will not be eligible for returns or refunds:
All jewelry products requiring a customer to pierce a part of their skin. I.e. — Earrings or Body Piercings.
Items that are damaged, torn, or tampered with in any major or minor manner (subject to CENSU’s inspection).
Item(s) that have already been worn or used.
Item(s) without their original packaging, attached tags, or labels.
Item(s) that arrive damaged via shipping service.
Item(s) that are delivered for inspection without proof of purchase. I.e. — Shipping Confirmation (Proof of Purchase).
None of the aforementioned descriptives affect a customer’s legal statutory rights.
Customer Return Responsibility
Item(s) motioned for return are subject to customer responsibility until they reach our registered drop-off address. Thus, please ensure the item(s) are packed properly so that they cannot be damaged along the way. As the parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our location, the customer will be required to notify us regarding the status of both the potential return request and any shipping updates of the return (if shipped).
